Excellent Hotel Experience
fruit selection amazing location helpful staff
The breakfast had a huge variety of options. I particularly appreciated the fresh fruit selection. The location was also amazing, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The staff were wonderfully helpful and always available when I needed assistance.
The hotel charges an extra fee for parking, which I found a bit expensive at £10 per day.

Reception staff were friendly and warm. They genuinely cared about my stay. The hotel offers excellent customer service from all staff. They were competent. I really appreciated their attentiveness throughout my visit.

The location is fantastic with parking available . Shops, restaurants, and the theatre are all within easy walking distance. It's quite convenient. The building has lovely interiors that I found very appealing.

Excellent Stay with Amazing Views

I found the views of the bay from the bar and terrace to be really good. The breakfast provided a great start to the day (especially the fresh pastries!). Both the indoor and outdoor pools were well kept. I found the staff helpful and friendly, always ready to assist.
The outdoor pool was closed, a disappointment.

The indoor pool provided a relaxing environment with comfortable loungers. The gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. These facilities contributed positively to my overall experience.

My room, a Beautiful King Room Sea View, featured wonderful sea views that I adored. The reception team offered great service and I felt welcomed! The breakfast choices were diverse and very delicious. The hotel also has a dog friendly policy.
I noticed slight wear and tear on the exterior, particularly some spots that could use fresh paint.

sea view excellent breakfast
I had a "Beautiful Double Room Sea View" . The room included two chairs and a coffee table near French doors. These helped me enjoy the view. Breakfast had excellent offerings. It catered to all tastes and dietary requirements.
The shower was difficult to turn on.
